The
previous pages demonstrated how to export a Report to Excel. The Print
Preview also has a way to export data to Word. Where Are
We Now? The movie data in
Excel is closed and we are back in Access. The Movies
by Year Report is still open in Print
Preview. If the Save Export Steps window is open you can
simply close it. 6. Try it: Export to Word Go to Print Preview
->Data->More. Click on Word. Export-RTF:
You will be prompted to Browse for a Folder. The
default name for the RTF file is the name of the Report in Access.
The File format is Rich Text Format (RFT) which can be opened in
Word and most editing software. Click OK to create an
