2. Try it: Review the Query Design

The best feature in Microsoft Access is the Query Design. The Query By Example (QBE) is a visual format for programming.

 

At the top of the Query are the Record Sources. In this example, the Record Source is a Table: tblMovies.

 

The bottom of the Query is the QBE Grid. These are the three Fields that were selected in the Query Wizard:

MovieID

Movie

Year

 

What Else Do You See? The QBE Grid lists the name of the Table that each Field comes from.
