through the Report Wizard to create a new Report that uses a
Parameter Query, CustomerHomePhoneSQ,
as the Record Source.

Try it: Use the Report Wizard Go to
Create ->Reports->Report Wizard. What Do
You See? The Report Wizard should open. Please answer the
prompts. Select
a Table/Query:
CustomerHomePhoneSQ Select
the following Fields: CustomerID LastName HomePhone FullName
CistyStateZip Click
Next. Keep
