Working with Databases

A Database Administrator has one key objective: save the data. The rest--Queries, Reports, better Forms--come next. The last lesson in this Beginning Guide to Microsoft Access 2010 teaches how to manage your Mighty Access databases. Good Database Administrators never DELETE an object or record. The best practice is to make a copy. We will practice creating a copy of a Table and renaming it. This lesson also includes how to create a backup copy of a database and offers suggestions for managing version control.
