Use the Data in a Combo Box

The Rating Combo will look up the ratings from tblRating. This example will use the Combo Box Wizard to select the Record Source and the Fields.

 

Something to Look For: There are actually seven steps to the Combo Box Wizard, however, the next to last step may be skipped! Here are the steps, clues and options.

 

Try it: Create a Rating Combo Box

The Movie Form is open in Design View.

Go to Form Design Tools ->Design.

Select a Control: Combo Box.

 

And Do This: Start the Wizard

Click on the Detail Section of the Form.

The Combo Box Wizard should start.
