Apply Quick Styles to a Shape

Microsoft Office 2010 has a rich gallery of Quick Styles in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access.

 

Quick Styles edit the Shape Outline, Fill and Effects. It is fun to find the Quick Styles and apply them to a Command Button in Access.

 

Here are the steps to format a Command Button with Quick Styles. Have fun!

 

6. Try it: Apply Quick Styles to a Shape

The Command Button is selected.

Go to Report Design Tools ->Format.

Go to Control Formatting->Quick Styles.

Choose a Quick Style: Intense Effect-Red, Accent 3.
