2. Try This: The IFERROR Function

Select: Cell E2.

Go to Formulas ->Function Library ->Logical.

Click on IFERROR.

Value: D2

Value_if_error: "No Data Available"

 

The formula in this example is:

=IFERROR(D2,"No Data Available")


What Do You See? The answer should be the data in Cell D2. If there is no data, then the result will be our error message: No Data Available.

3. Fill Down the Formula
Select: Cell E2.
Autofill the equation in Cells E3:E5.
