You can
print the spreadsheet smaller if you wish. You can force the
printout to fit 1-9 pages wide or tall. You can also scale the
printout by percentage.

Go to Page Layout->Scale to Fit What Do
You See? There are combo boxes for the
Width and the Height. You can choose a percent for Scale or type
your own. 2. Try

click on the Option arrow in the bottom right corner of the
Scale to Fit group you will return to the Page tab in the
Page Setup Summary.
Memo to Self: About half of
the population (including your boss) wears bifocals and cannot see a
spreadsheet that prints very small to make it all fit on one sheet.
