Create Another Calendar

Microsoft Outlook can have more than one Calendar for recording your activities and meetings. For example, each room or resource in the office can have a Calendar.

 

1. Try it: Create Another Calendar

The Outlook Calendar is selected. 
Go to
Home ->Manage Calendars

Click on Open Calendar.

Select: Create New Blank Calendar.
