Print the Task List

2. Try it: Print the Tasks

The Tasks are still selected.

Go to File ->Print->Settings.

 

What Do You See? There are two settings.

 

 

The Table Style prints the Task list as it looks in Outlook including the color Categories.

 

The Memo Style prints each Task with all of the details including Subject, Priority, Dates, Status and Work. The name of the person who requested this Task is also listed.

 

If you click Print, Outlook will print the Task List.
