Say you
needed to print a lot of E-mail messages at once. You can select
multiple messages and print them at the same time.
5. Try it: Print Multiple Messages Go to the
Inbox. Select one
message. Hold the
Control key ( Ctrl) on your keyboard as you select a second, third
and fourth message. The messages do not have be consecutive. Go to
File ->Print. What Do
You See? Each message that you selected will be displayed in
the Print Preview. The messages will print one after the other.
