Create Business Rules

Business Rules Move Messages based on a criteria. For example, you can move E-mail from someone, say your boss, to a specific folder automatically.

 

1. Try it: Create a Rule

Please go to the Inbox.

Select one of the practice E-mails that you addressed to yourself.

Go to Home ->Move->Rules.

Click on Always Move Messages From:
