1) Apples, Fruit, 25
2) Bananas, Fruit, 12
3) Kiwi, Fruit, 14
4) Peppers, Veggie, 50
5) Tomato, Fruit, 10
   a) Roma
   b) Better Boy

Select the numbered list but please do not include the first line.

Go to Home -> Paragraph.

Select: Multilevel List.
