Test the Form

Try it: Does it work? Microsoft Word Forms have to be Protected, then they they work. When the document is locked, a user will be able to fill in the blanks. They can’t edit the labels or change the Controls.

 

You can add a password when you start the enforcement. This is not real security, but it will stop most curious users from altering your form.
