Insert -> Picture -> From File Find a Picture By default, your Documents, Music Pictures and Videos can be found in your Libraries. Some cameras download your pictures to their own folders. This lesson assumes that you saved some sample pictures to the Pictures folder.   7. Locate and Select a Picture Look in the Pictures folder Double click one of the sample pictures to insert into your document.   You can also select the picture and then click on the Insert button in the lower right hand corner.
