Format the Columns

There are several more options you can use to format the columns in your newsletter.

 

Try This: Edit the Columns

Before your begin, select the two columns of type.

Go to the Page Layout Ribbon.

Go to Page Setup ->Columns.

Select More Columns.

 


What Do You See? You can adjust the Column Width and Spacing. By default, there is a half inch ( .5") space or gutter between the columns. You can choose to add a line between the columns if you wish.

 

These two columns are equal in size, but you can also make the columns different widths.
