Edit the Recipients List

This Mail Merge now has a real-time, dynamic link from Microsoft Word to Microsoft Excel. When you edit, sort, and filter this data, you are actually modifying and updating the data.

 

Try This: Edit the Recipient List

By default, every name should have a check mark. You can use the check marks to select specific recipients that you want  to include in the Mail Merge. Each name that has a check mark in front of it will be included in our merged document. 

 

The other options include:

Sort, Filter (choose everyone from one city or state), Find Duplicates, and Find a Recipient.

Mailings -> Start Mail Merge -> Edit Recipient List
