Home-> Font ->Character Spacing

Custom Formatting

Character spacing determines how much white space is between the letters. In technical terms, this is the Kerning. (Think of it like the spaces between kernels of corn.) The trends in recent times is to add more space, whereas a few years ago the kerning was set as TNT: Tight Not Touching.

 

6. Edit the Character Spacing

Please add the text: Charlotte's Website.

Go to Home ->Font.

Format the Font: Tahoma, 28 pt.

Look for the Option arrow in the bottom right corner of the Font group.

 

 

 

What Do You See? The first tab has options for the Font size, color and effects.

Go to the Advanced tab.

Choose: Expanded by 2 pts.
