Mailings->Select Recipients

Create a Mail Merge 

Before You Begin: Please edit the Thank You Note with the following:

Insert a Picture for the logo.

Enter the sample text.

Format the type.

 

8. Create a Mail Merge

Go to Mailings ->Start Mail Merge and choose Letters.

 

Go to Mailings ->Select Recipients.

You can use the sample spreadsheet we discussed earlier in this Level, or create a new recipient list and add your own name and address.

 

Insert Merge Field: Select the FirstName field.
