Look for a Mismatch

If you open the Excel spreadsheet and review the labels in the first row, you may notice that the labels are not spelled the same as the Mail Merge Fields in the Word document.

 

The labels in the spreadsheet have no space between First and Name. It says: FirstName.

 

The Mail Merge fields in our document have an underscore: <<First_Name>>.

 

Match, Match, Match: Its like getting the right shoes on the right kid. The fields have to match.
