Edit the Task Details

A Task may include travel, mileage and the work (in hours or days). You can use the Task Details to document this information.

The Total work shows the hours that this Task should take to complete. The Actual work is how many hours it really took. In this example, the Actual work is still zero because this Task hasn't started yet. The Mileage and Billing fields are useful for tracking your travel costs.
