Tag the Task for Follow Up

The purpose of using Tasks is to manage your time and commitments. Tasks, like Messages and Meetings, can be programmed to get your attention...so that you remember to complete your work on time.

 

6. Try it: Set the Task Options

The Task is still open.

Go to Task->Tags->Follow Up

Select: Today

 

What Do You See? You can select a flag from the list: Today, Tomorrow, or Next Week. You can also select No Date.

 

What Else Do You See? You can tag this Task as Private and set the Importance as High or Low.
