Rich Text Formatting

Microsoft Word is the word processor for Outlook. The Rich Text options that you use in Word can be found on the Format Text Ribbon.

 

3. Try it: Format the Font

Go to Home ->New->New E-Mail.

Enter your own E-mail Address.

Enter the Subject: Rich Text

 

Enter the following:

Charlotte's Website

Farm Fresh Food

 

Select: Charlotte's

Go to Format Text->Font->Font.

Select a Font: Tahoma

Go to Format Text->Font->Size.

Select a Size: 24

Go to Format Text->Font->Color.

Select a Color: Dark Blue.

 

Select: Charlotte's, again.

Go to Clipboard->Format Painter.

Use the little yellow paintbrush to format the word Website: Tahoma, 24 pt. Dark Blue. Keep going...
