Working with Text Boxes

By definition, a Text Box is a Shape. A Text Box has specific formatting because it is working with Text. Nevertheless, a Text Box is still a Shape, with or without a bulleted list or a Title. Shapes have Outlines, Fill, and Styles. Shapes are formatted with the Drawing Tools. This lesson begins with the short stack of Drawing Tools on the Home Ribbon. Then, we'll review the Drawing Ribbon and find a few more options.
