Replace Options

Find and Replace options can take this process one step further. After you find specific text, you can replace it. This is an excellent way to recycle a report and update the content.


Try This: Find and Replace

Go to Home-> Editing.

Click on the Replace button.



What Do You See? If you use Replace. you can replace each highlighted selection one at a time. You can also choose Replace All, and have Microsoft Word automatically update all of the text that matches your criteria if you wish.
