3: Select Recipients

There are three options for adding data to this Mail Merge:

·  Type a New List

·  Use an Existing List

·  Select from Outlook Contacts

 

Try it: Use Existing List

Go to the Mailing Ribbon.

Click on Select Recipients.

Click on Use Existing List.
