Choose Other Recipients

Earlier, we created a Mail Merge for our Open House. In this lesson we used the Mailings Ribbon and created a new list. The recipients' name and addresses were saved in an Office Address List, which is a database.

 

1. Try This: Open a Mail Merge

Go to the Documents folder and open the Open House Mail Merge.

 

What Do You See? A Mail Merge document is linked to the record source. When you open the Mail Merge, Microsoft Word will ask whether you wish to use the Office Address List.

 

Please say Yes.
